The counting of the Mandi parliamentary Lok Sabha by election2013 votes will be held June 27.
The country's second largest Lok Sabha seat Mandi covers over a third
of Himachal Pradesh. The Mandi parliamentary Lok Sabha seat fell vacant following the resignation
of Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh after he was elected to the state legislative
assembly in December 2012
